What if my dog has specific behavior challenges?
Our resources cover a wide range of topics, and you can ask specific questions in our Ask-A-Trainer Corner which are answered via recordings you can access whenever it is convenient for you! There are also options to purchase additional virtual coaching for personalized support.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees—your membership fee covers all listed benefits for that tier. Optional services like private virtual coaching are available for purchase.
Do I have to commit to any specific days/times to participate in this membership?
Don’t worry! All Ask-A-Trainer Corner recordings are added to the library so you can catch up anytime.
Is there a trial option available?
Yes! We offer a free 7-day trial so you can explore the membership benefits risk-free.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Absolutely! The membership renews monthly, but you can cancel up to 48 hours before your renewal date—no strings attached. If you decide to leave, you’re always welcome to rejoin later (though prices may change in the future). Please note, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
How much time does this require?
Not much! Changing behavior is about weaving small, intentional moments into your routine—not spending hours each day, which I know none of us have! Whether you’ve got a few minutes or more, this membership fits your lifestyle.

No problem at all! If you’re browsing this page, you’ve got the basics. For anything like Zoom or navigating the learning platform, I’m happy to answer questions or share simple video tutorials. Tech won’t stand in your way here!
